Online Guard Cards offers company, corporate and group discounts for any company or group that signs up 3 or more officers. The discounts range from 20% off of our already low prices. The amount of the discount depends upon the number of officers registered with your company or group. The system allows you to choose and insert the courses for your employees, 24×7. Our Company Account Management System
The way it works is that:
1. Buy the seats needed for your Company HERE.
A discount will be applied depending on the amount of seats and courses.
In the same page you will be asked for a Leader of the group Username and email. The leader assigned will receive an email to set a password if not registered in our system.
2. Login As Leader of Group and automatically will be redirected to “Company Leader Dashboard”
3. Here you can access to “Company Management”, “Course Reports” and “Buy Courses”
This Area allows your company to see who is registered, insert courses for them, register users to available seats, track their training progress, and print their certificates.
Administration Account
With every company that we setup, we include a company administration user account. That account allows you to:
- View a list of users registered with their company
- Assign courses to the users
- View what courses each user has assigned
- View their progress in the courses
- Print certificates for all completed courses
